Individual and Couples Coaching
Customized 1-on-1 and couples coaching available in affordable packages to meet your most pressing life planning needs and schedule. Our process together can include Taking Stock, Exploring and Researching Options, Decision-making, and Crafting a Lifestyle Plan of Action. (There is a sliding scale, based on household income and circumstances.)

Igniting the Spark: Coaching for Couples
Exploring mid-career decisions, early retirement options or Third Stage of Life opportunities for fulfillment. Five one-hour private sessions providing a framework, discussion, and exercises to identify meaningful pursuits for work/leisure. Priorities will be defined and topics including time allocation, finances, location, learning, relationships, will be explored as a personal map for the future is constructed that suits both individuals.

Reinvention/Transition Offerings:
One-time Presentation or Seminar custom designed for 1-4 hour timeframes to explore "What's Next?" using the reinventing process.

Also available are Three, Four or Five Part Series that focuses on identifying meaningful activity (work, leisure) for people in the third quarter of life, particularly for those 45 and older who want to create a new blueprint for their futures. Topics explored include: reassessing values, identifying call or purpose, identifying skills and interests and discussing legacy.

2 Young 2 Retire: 4 Part Series
Using the bestselling book, “Too Young To Retire: 101 Ways To Start the Rest of Your Life”, participants will work individually and in small groups to address key issues: money, wellness and options for meaningful paid and unpaid activity. This interactive learning experience will help clarify intentions, explore new options, set goals and ready for action, supported by peers. Luminos Series
Seven-part Series can be offered on site "Looking Back and Giving Forward: Finding Common Ground for Positive Aging", includes materials for Small Groups (6-12) who wish to explore Life Themes, Call and Living a Legacy.
